The website is hosted by Squarespace, Inc., 225 Varick Street, New York, NY 10014, United States.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all text, visuals, logos, illustrations and graphic elements on this website belong to AGENCE 93. They may not be copied or reused, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Shopify, Amazon, Meta and Google are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned for descriptive purposes only.

4. Your personal data

We handle your data in line with Mauritius's Data Protection Act 2017 and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Visitors in the United Kingdom are covered by the UK GDPR.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: the details you enter (name, email, message and, where relevant, company and website). We use them only to reply to you and prepare your audit.
• Call booking: when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and answers so the call can be scheduled.
• Analytics: Google Analytics collects browsing data (pages viewed, time on site, device type, country). These statistics help us improve the website.

Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (form, booking), and our legitimate interest in improving the website (analytics).

How long we keep it

Data from a contact request is kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, unless we start working together. Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

Who can access it

We never sell your data. Only the AGENCE 93 team and the service providers needed to run the website can access it: Squarespace (hosting and forms), Calendly (call booking) and Google (analytics). These providers may store data outside Mauritius and the European Union, including in the United States, under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Just email contact@agence93.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office of Mauritius or, if you live in the EU or the UK, with your local data protection authority (the ICO in the UK).

5. Cookies

The website uses technical cookies needed for it to work, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can block or delete them at any time in your browser settings. The Calendly booking tool may also set its own cookies when you open it.

6. External links

The website links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, Calendly, WhatsApp…). AGENCE 93 is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Governing law
